House Sauvignon Blanc - Domaine de la Madelaine. Touraine, FR 2023
13 / 52Like many of the wines from the Loire Valley, this classic French Sauv Blanc displays splendid minerality. Flint and wet stone are backed up by bright citrus and apple tones. Great hot weather wine, perfect pairing with oysters or octopus.
Chardonnay Bourgogne - Damien Martin. Bourgogne, FR 2022
19 / 76Known for its clay and limestone rich soil, the Burgundy region of France only grows two different types of wine, Red Burgundy (Pinot Noir), or in this case White Burgundy (Chardonnay); both of which are suited perfectly for the terroir of the region. Known for its balance of freshness and richness, this Chardonnay is fermented in 10% French oak, 90% stainless steel. Aged on fine lees for about six months, the flavor is fruit forward with subtle oak notes and hints of butter. Very classy companion with Grappa's risotto of Branzino dishes.
Etna Bianco - Donnafugata "Sul Vulcano." Sicily, IT 2022
15 / 60Made from primarily Carricante grapes grown on the northern slope of Mt. Etna in mineral rich volcanic soil. Light in body, but definitely not lacking in flavor. Mineral and citrus notes drive this lovely wine to a persistent yet elegant finish. An ideal pairing with fresh seafood, but it's complex and balanced flavors make it a delight to drink on its own.
Assyrtiko - Lyrarakis, Voila Vineyard. Crete, GR 2024
15 / 60The Assyrtiko grape of Greece comes off clean, crisp, and dry. Upfront is bright lemon/lime citrus notes with plenty of notable tree fruit flavors. The finish is dry with a light mineral presence. Excellent with pork, chicken, saganaki, fresh veggies, and all varieties of shellfish.
Classic northern Italy Pinot Grigio. A little time on the skins imparts a deep yellow hue. Apple and subtle anise flavors greet the palate. Dry finish.
A blend of native Corsican varietals. Nielluccio, for complex fruit notes. Sciaccerello, adds floral and spice aromas. And finally Grenache for added body and hints of white pepper. The result is zesty and fully dry.
Bright tight bubbles. Dry on the palate with notes of crisp green apple and citrus peel.
True Italian sparkling wine with the alcohol gently removed to maintain the delicate fruity aromas. Palate has subtle notes of sweet peach and apple. Pair with fresh summer salads, or great for NA cocktails. May contain up to .05% alcohol.

A classic Willamette-style Pinot Noir. Delicate red fruit flavors of cherry and cranberry with subtle floral and vanilla notes are supported by mildly funky barnyard and forest floor earthiness.
A powerful blend of Cab Sauv., Cab Franc, and Merlot from the Montalcino region of Tuscany. High heat followed by heavy rains in 2022 lead to an aromatic and well structured wine. Fermented in hybrid steel and French Oak tanks, and aged for a short time in French Oak barriques.
Full-bodied, heaps of dark and red fruit notes, with hints of oak, vanilla, and chocolate all supported by a heavy tannic base. 18 months in French oak, 50% new barrels. Classic bold Napa Cab.
La gemella, meaning the twin, is named for this third generation wine maker’s grandmother, a twin and lover of the varietal. Aged in a mix of stainless steel and French oak for a complex yet polished Barbera. Concentrated flavors of dark fruit and blueberry notes with earthiness and hints of crushed minerals. This wine was ranked 42nd best on the planet by Wine Spectator in 2024.
Celebrated Sparkman Cellars showcases a base of Yakima Syrah that’s rounded out with Petite Sirah, Grenache, and Mourvedre. The experience is rich and smoky, with a complex range of earth and barrel notes embedded in bold fruit presence.
Malbec - Ruca Malen "Capitulo uno." Mendoza, AR 2023
14 / 56Medium to full bodied, 100% Malbec sourced from two renowned high-altitude subregions of Mendoza. The grapes are hand harvested in the vineyard and then hand selected at the winery. Cold macerated and fermented in concrete and stainless steel before being aged for another 18 months with absolutely no oak. The result is a soft, round texture with fine tannins. The palate is dark and red fruit with subtle floral and herbal tones.

90Much like Champagne, but unique to Prosecco, a re-fermentation within the bottle is allowed to occur with Numero 10. This crucial step in the production crafts smaller livelier bubbles to help carry the apple, pear, citrus, and yeasty brioche notes within. Excellent pairing with cured meats, white fish, shellfish and vegetarian dishes.

95Made from 100% Primativo Di Manduria, a grape with near identical genetic make up to Zinfandel. This gorgeous wine is rich and bold; big notes of dark berries and fruit jam, with hints of cocoa and licorice. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for at least 10 months in a combination of French and American oak.

82Outstanding blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Montepulciano. Very balanced; soft and silky smooth but defnitely not lacking in dark fruit flavors of plum, cassis, blackberry and licorice notes. Careful aging in French barriques for added complexity. This wine derives its name from the year that Decugnano was designated its own region by two priests who began growing wine in the region in the year 1212 A.D.

A natural pairing with Grappa's menu, this wine drinks way above its price point.

The result is a greater richness of colour, extracts, aromas and perfumes, as well as an increase in alcohol, combined with softer and more refined tannins.

Sourced from 5 vineyards with the nearly 50 year old vines of the Kiona Estate comprising the backbone of the blend. A small addition of Bordeaux varietals ensures fine-grained tannins with pure red and dark fruit aromas and flavors.

Two thirds aged in French oak for spicy vanilla notes that compliment the rich black currant and plum flavors of this premium Cabernet.

180Utilizing one of the few “gravity-flow” wineries in existence is a credit to the winemakers’ obsession with detail. The result is a dry, full-bodied gem from Walla Walla. Bold plum and blackberry with touches of vanilla are followed by delicate savory notes and black pepper. Acidity is nicely balanced by grippy, but not bitter tannins that provide a long muscular finish.

190A lower yield than most vintages; unusual weather in the 17 growing season challenged the wine-maker to be extra selective in choosing which grapes were used in this sought after gem. Classic barrel notes brought on by 13 months in French Oak are awash in signature blackberry, cherry, and plum flavors. Weighty with smooth texture and excellent structure, a classic Sonoma Cab.

98100% organic whole cluster Syrah is crushed by foot, aged 18 months sur lie, and bottled unfiltered. Grown in a valley between Mt Rainier and Mt Adams allows the grapes to slowly ripen. Being situated on ancient river bed soils gives this wine fresh and vibrant expression. Brambly with deep fruit, wild floral tones, hints of leather, and fresh acidity to keep it all balanced to perfection. Only 45 cases of this gorgeous wine produced.

82All estate-grown fruit from a very small operation near the gorge. This Primativo has a good tannic and acid structure with plenty of red and black fruit notes rounded out by spice and oak. Only 160 cases produced.
#24 - Malbec – Nine Hats. Columbia Valley, WA 2021
88Phenomenal juice from Seattle’s urban winery, Nine Hats. The color is a distinctive blackish purple, but the velvety mouthfeel is truly memorable. A prime example of a high-level Malbec grown and produced with the focus on impeccability over mass production.

128Made from oraganic/sustainably grown Zinfandel, with a small amount of Petite Sirah, and Carignane.
