Casamigos Reposado Tequila
Casamigos Reposado Tequila

Casamigos Reposado is a quietly elegant tequila, rested in oak until its bright agave character softens into something rounder and more contemplative. At Grappa, we pour it for guests who want the warmth of a sipping spirit without losing the sense of place that good tequila carries.

About the Distillery

Casamigos was created by friends who set out to make a tequila they would happily drink themselves, and the house style favors smoothness and approachability. The agave is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens and given an unhurried fermentation before distillation, an attention to pace that shows in the glass. The Reposado then rests in oak, where time and wood lend it a gentle, polished finish.

Agave & Region

The agave is grown in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, the elevated red-earth country prized for blue Weber agave with a softer, sweeter expression. This Highlands fruit gives Casamigos its rounded, approachable backbone, while the months spent resting in American oak barrels draw out warmer, more layered tones.

Tasting Notes

Expect aromas of caramel and a whisper of cocoa, leading into a palate of vanilla, soft baking spice, and sweet cooked agave. Oak adds a measured depth, with hints of dried fruit threaded through. The finish is silky and gently peppery, smooth enough to invite a second, slower sip.

What to Pair It With

The caramel-and-oak warmth of this reposado is lovely alongside our Spicy Sausage Rigatoni, where its sweetness tempers the heat. It also flatters the smoky char of our Spaniard Octopus and the saffron richness of Grappa’s Famous Paella. Explore the full dine-in menu to build your evening.
