LALO Blanco is a pure, unaged tequila made from highland blue Weber agave in Jalisco, crafted to celebrate the agave itself, and it is poured at Grappa in Queen Anne, Seattle. It is a fresh, refined pour with a story rooted in tequila royalty.
About the Distillery
LALO was founded by Eduardo “Lalo” Gonzalez, grandson of the founder of Don Julio, who set out to make a traditional, additive-free blanco that honors his family heritage while charting his own path. The result is a focused, single-expression brand devoted to doing one thing beautifully.
Agave & Region
This is a blanco tequila made from blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. As a blanco, it is bottled unaged, going from the still straight to the bottle with no time in wood, so nothing stands between you and the clean, vivid character of the agave and the highland terroir.
Tasting Notes
Bright and crisp, with fresh cooked agave at its heart alongside notes of citrus, green apple and soft floral and herbal tones. A whisper of pepper and minerality gives it definition, and the finish is clean, smooth and elegantly dry.
What to Pair It With
Its clean citrus edge sings beside our Fresh Oysters and lifts the char of the Spaniard Octopus. It is also a crisp foil to the rich Grappa’s Famous Paella. Discover more on our dine-in menu.
How It’s Served at Grappa
