← Events Near Grappa

Planning dinner before Converge at El Corazon? Massachusetts metalcore pioneers Converge play El Corazon with Seattle’s Heiress, in a year that has already brought two new Converge albums. The night falls on Thursday, October 15, with doors at 6 PM and the show at 7:00 PM. Grappa is 2.9 miles away by car in Queen Anne, about nine minutes without traffic, and a table around 5:00 PM gives you time for an unhurried dinner first.

Plan your night around the show

With just one opener on the bill, plan dinner around the 7 PM start rather than expecting a late set. The show is all ages. El Corazon does not allow backpacks and searches bags at the door, and guests 21 and over can leave and come back with a hand stamp. Before you leave, check the live route from Grappa to El Corazon.

For parking, the box office and every other show on the calendar, see our guide to dinner near El Corazon.

Order a few plates to share, then mains that arrive together, and let your server know what time you need to leave.

  • To share: the char-broiled Spaniard Octopus, or Pesto Mussels.
  • Mains: Pan Seared Scallop Piccata with squid ink noodles, Italian Branzino or Primavera Pasta.
  • For the table: the Charcuterie Board with prosciutto, salami and fig jam.

If anyone at your table eats vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, the menu marks those dishes, and gluten-free spaghetti can be substituted in the pasta dishes.

The full dinner menu changes with the season, and there are wines by the glass and cocktails to start the night. Choose a table in our candlelit dining room or on our heated four-season patio.

About the show

They also made Bloodmoon: I (2021) with Chelsea Wolfe, and in 2026 released two albums on Epitaph, Love Is Not Enough and Hum of Hurt.

Opening is Heiress, a Seattle band formed in 2006 and fronted by John Pettibone, formerly of Himsa and Undertow.
