About the Distillery

Don Fulano is a product of the Fonseca family, respected highland agave farmers whose roots in the region stretch back generations. The blanco is distilled at the family’s La Tequileña distillery, a house known for meticulous, traditional craft.

Agave & Region

This is a blanco tequila made from estate-grown blue Weber agave in Los Altos, the highland region of Jalisco prized for the bright, fruit-forward character it gives the agave. As a blanco, it is bottled essentially unaged after only a brief rest, preserving the clean, layered expression of the highland agave and the family’s distinctive copper-still craft.

Tasting Notes

Expressive and refined, with fresh cooked agave joined by citrus, ripe orchard fruit and delicate floral notes. A gentle minerality and soft white pepper give it structure, leading to a clean, silky and lingering finish.
